Verizon and LG suck
Hey kids!
Check out Colin's rant today (June 22) on cell phones. If you're like everyone else and think that its about time you should have better service or better rates, he's got some good comments. Now to sick the feds on them. (Oh, right, this Justice Department seems to have shut down the anti-trust division. The FTC isn't doing much either. They let firms like Verizon et al, and Ticketmaster get away with blatant violations of the Sherman Act and its various ammendments.

Furthermore, Verizon set me up last with an LG, I think its a LG VX5200. The phone is crap.

The old LGs were pretty nice. I've had mine for nearly 4 years without anything but the screen failing. The UI is quite a bit nicer than any of the newer ones.
Yeah. They don't really suck. But I really expect better.
